Brickell City Centre confirms 40 new stores for fall opening

By Emon Reiser for South Florida Business Journal   Brickell City Centre announced Wednesday its largest list of retailers and restaurants yet, with 40 more stores added to their roster. The stores will open in the mixed-use development's 500,000-square-foot shopping and dining component in fall 2016. Swire Properties, Simon and Whitman Family Development LLC, the developers behind the $1.05 billion project, revealed some concepts last year, including local and global brands. In The Real Deal   Armani Collezioni, Intermix and REISS will join the list of retail tenants at Brickell City Centre, developers announced on Tuesday. Swire Properties, Whitman Family Development and Simon Property Group are co-developing the 500,000-square-foot, open-air shopping center. The announcement brings the retail component to nearly 70 stores and restaurants.
